The world's 1st smart racing theme park, '9.81 Park,' is located between the Aewol Sea and Mount Halla. 9.81 park offers a futuristic indoor space, various activities, and exciting racing experiences allowing visitors to fully experience Jeju's natural beauty.
Through 3 types of GR (Gravity Racer) developed with 9.81 Park proprietary technology, you can enjoy racing solely powered by gravity acceleration(9.81m/s²) on 4 different types of tracks and 10 courses, while also savoring the beauty of Jeju's nature. ‘Downhill Racing’ offers breathtaking views of the blue sea of Biyangdo Island, while ‘Uphill Racing’ takes you through an automatic return track after the race, providing an experience of the beautiful Halla Mountain view.

2. FREE SHUTTLE BUS INFORMATION
Guests may use the complimentary round-trip shuttle bus that circles between Jeju Airport and the Park.
· TIP : If you've missed the last shuttle bus, you can still catch the crew's shuttle to Jeju city center. Ask the crew at the info desk for the shuttle's times and locations!
· Shuttle bus from the Park can be boarded at the bus parking area.
· Shuttle may arrive a bit earlier depends on the traffic. So please arrive 5 min ahead.
· It takes about 35~40min from park to the airport
· Details may change under the park's circumstances.· Depending on the weather condition, the shuttle bus may not operate.
3. How to install the app
- In the case of Gravity Racing, you must watch the safety video of the application to enter, so you must install and sign up for the application.

3 - 1. How to use the app
- If you register a wristband-type ticket in the app you signed up for, a list of activities that you can use appears, and in the case of racing, after enjoying racing, your lap time and racing video are provided through the app in almost real time.

4. How to buy and reserve tickets
- Tickets can be purchased and issued through an on-site unmanned kiosk
- Currently, reservations and payments on the APP are only supported by credit cards in Korea, so reservations through the application are not possible.
- Pre-booking sites are available through Klook and trip.com.

The main activity at 9.81 PARK! Motorless eco-friendly racing!
Downhill racing allows participants to enjoy speed solely powered by gravity (9.81m/s²) while overlooking the Jeju Sea, while uphill racing with an auto recovery system provides a leisurely enjoyment of nature while facing Halla Mountain view.
By boarding the independently developed GR(Gravity Racer), participants can relish exhilarating racing on tracks optimized slopes for gravity racing, and curved sections providing speeds of up to 60 km/h. All racers' records can be accessed through the 9.81 app, and by 3-second ticket mapping to personal accounts, and racers can receive their racing records and racing videos for download.

7 - 1 - 2 Gravity Racer and course information
RACE 981 offers various systems to enhance the experience. Engage in diverse gamification elements such as licensing based on records, individual and team battles, club competition and more for a game experience. Particularly, competing with your friends will add even more excitement to your journey. Gravity Racer comes in 3 main vehicle types: GR-E, GR-D (Junior GR-D), and GR-X, and there are a total of four courses available: 1, 2, 3, and X.
GR-E (Course 1,2)
Single seater ride for novice and intermediate drivers Even novice drivers will find it easy to control the stable handling. The low car frame, 5 cm in height, allows you to really feel the speed, but the vehicles are safe for anyone to drive.When the RACE ends, you’ll be sent safely and conveniently to the deboarding platform from your end location through the auto-recovery system.
- Racing Course: Course 1 (Intermediate), Course 2 (Upper Intermediate)
- Passengers: Single Seater
- Requirements: Age 14 or older, Height 150 – 190 cm
- Maximum Speed: 40 km/h
- Features: Intuitive and easy control
GR-D (Course 3)
2seater vehicle for couples or parents and their child
The 2 seater vehicle allows the driver to experience the thrill of racing while the passenger in the back watches the scenery from a wide field of view, so everyone can enjoy the racing experience. Perfect for friends, families, and significant others! When the RACE ends, you’ll be sent safely and conveniently to the deboarding platform from your end location through the auto-recovery system. Junior GR-D vehicles are equipped with hand brakes in the back seat so that the guardian can help children younger than 14 (4th grade or higher) with driving.
- Racing Course: Course 3 (Beginner)
- Passengers: 2 Seater
- GR-D Driver: Age 14 years old or older, height 150 - 190 cm / Passenger: Height of at least 100 cm, In case of 2 passengers, the driver must be an responsible adult over the age of 19
- Junior GR-D Driver: 4th grade or higher - Younger than 18 years old, height 140 - 190 cm / Passenger: Age 19 years old or older
- Maximum Speed: 35 km/h
- Features: Optimized to enjoy the beautiful scenery with higher seat positions
- Mission on Course 3 : It’s a special item only installed on GR-D. Acquired ‘Scream Booster’ will automatically be used to help you accelerate in the early stages!
GR-X (Course X)
Single seater vehicle equipped with a booster for MASTER LICENSE holders
The single seater vehicle boasts extraordinary speed at RACE 981 and requires a license. This professional vehicle is only for expert racers with a MASTER LICENSE, and it offers exceptional speed. The vehicle offers real racing feel simulated by the seat position is set at 30 degrees like an actual racing car, and the rack and pinion control steering enables lightweight and precise handling. Only MASTER LICENSE holders can experience thrilling speeds up to 60 km/h through the 3.6-second booster function!
- Course: Course X (Expert) Select the L or R track
- Passengers: 1 person (19 years old or older, Height 150 – 190 cm)
- Maximum Speed: 60 km/h
- Features: Only to be used after acquiring a MASTER LICENSE. More precise control compared to GR-E and GR-D. Offers booster functionality.
- Booster Requirement: 2 seconds upon reaching maximum speed of 40 km/h, 1.6 seconds upon reaching lateral acceleration of 0.9G (subject to change without notice)
7 - 1 - 3 BATTLE INFOMRATION
‘BATTLE’ is a game you can enjoy on 9.81 Park app when you using RACE 981 and is divided into individual and team matches.
Individuals
Racers participating in a Battle takes on individually. Let’s see who is the fastest one by riding a same course.
Teams
Racers participating in a Battle divide into Blue and White teams, and compete against each other. Let’s see whose average speed is the faster by riding a same course.

The main activity here is gravity racing, but in addition to that, 9.81 park offers a diverse range of activities to entertain everyone.
There's the indoor sports interactive game zone 'Sports Lab,' a revolutionary game-based bumper car 'Ring°°go,' Indoor survival battle game where you shoot targets with a laser tag gun 'Arena' and 'Pro Arena,' and the extreme swing 'Heal Swing' that rotates 360 degrees, among other exciting activity programs.
Moreover, the park boasts a brand store called ‘Garage 981’, selling self-developed products and carefully selected items from around the world and a lounge bar 'Space Zero' where you can relax with beanbags and floating chairs and the best view in the park.
9.81 Park also features a diverse range of food and beverage facilities. The cafeteria 'Brocollege' serves delicious and fresh dishes made with Jeju-grown vegetables, a robot barista cafe 'Lounge X' presents robot-hand drip coffee, the 'Booster Station' recharges your energy with a variety of snacks and a handmade cream-filled glutinous rice donuts called 'Onatz' will be tasted only in Jeju.
